The Top Audio & Video 2000 edition gets bigger and hosts 93 expositors. Among these, 30 will be audio-only, 50 will belong to the HT crowd and 13 will represent recording labels and technical editors (books, etc.).
So it seems the HT crowd still leads the Audio fairs worldwide following the trend of the sales market (+ HT - HiFi).
The event will take place, as an established tradition, at the Quark Hotel, Via Lampedusa 11A, Milano, from 14 to 18 September (opening hours: 9:30 am - 07:00 pm). The usual free shuttle-bus will take the visitors till the Quark hotel, starting from the FAMAGOSTA subway station.

Besides the usual static and dynamic exposition of Audio &Video gear the Top Audio & Video hosts several associate events, both technical and purely musical (live concerts).

• Not to miss!: DVD-Audio vs SACD vs CD vs LP comparison test, thanks to the magazine Audiophile Sound in collaboration with the recording label Ambroisie and the Musica Numeris recording studios. Place: Quasar hall, floor -1, when: everyday, 1 comparison test each hour.
• Not to miss!: listening test of a real PCM linear 5 channel reproduction system (NO Dolby Digital!) organized by FdS and the audiophile label Velut Luna. Place: room FdS N. 219, floor +2, when: everyday.
